For example, if the kids complete a chore on time, they will be rewarded stars. Every time they do this, their Star Jar will fill up. Once it's at the top, parents and teachers choose to reward them with whatever reward they wish. The amount of stars, reward targets and messages can all be fully defined the parent or teacher, so they can have as much or small control as they wish…and it’s all so simple.
